They were patient with me during the decision process, sharing information about the carpets they carry but not pressuring me into a sale. They ran numbers for us a few different ways without making us feel we were a hassle like the big box stores had made us feel. They were able to order our carpet, and get it installed all in under a weeks time. The big box stores were telling us they couldn’t get to us for a month or more.
